This is a very good sketchbook, thick paper and good quality. I don't think it's technically watercolor paper though, if you use very wet paint, the paper fibers start to come apart. But it's great for sketching or if you paint with a less watery medium.

I ordered these for their size. Great for traveling. I didn’t have high hopes because of the price. But thought if they don’t work out I can give the to my grandkids. First thing I did was to do a really wet wash. And I also worked it pretty good. To my surprise it did wonderfully! It can take a lot of water! I was very pleased!

I loved the paper in the book. The only negative I found was I couldn’t use an eraser on the page without tearing it. but perfect for drawing with pens on :)
